At the North Carolina Global TransPark, visitors can witness many exciting things throughout the year, featuring everything from fighter jets to some of the world's largest cargo planes, each impressive in their own way. However, over the past year, one November evening stood out: over the 11,500-foot runway, the multicolored runway lights sparkled against a brilliantly burning sunset that showcased an array of pink, purple, and orange hues. The sight was so spectacular that it made the massive runway seem small in comparison. Just one more great asset for our region is eastern North Carolina's natural beauty!
