Significant progress has been made at the Alianza Team site, with the primary facility now fully enclosed and windows being installed. The construction of sidewalks and a parking lot is underway, and the interior work, including the creation of office and manufacturing space, is ongoing. A rail and truck loading dock is already in place, and three adjacent structures are being prepared for the installation of production machinery.
The tank farm has seen all of its tanks raised into place, with plumbing, piping, and catwalks being installed. Adjacent are three structures that are currently being trimmed out and fitted for production machinery.
Jackson Builders, along with their skilled subcontractors, continue to push forward on this project with precision. Any given day, roughly 50 to 60 contractors are working this site to keep the project on track, on time, and under budget! The Wayne County Development Alliance and the North Carolina Global TransPark Economic Development Region are glad to see the Alianza Team’s vision for this project coming together!
