Great progress can be seen at the Alianza Team site at ParkEast Industrial Park in Goldsboro, with one structure being built from concrete blocks and another from steel beams. Elsewhere on the site, a concrete pad is being poured to support the footing of above-ground tanks. The central facility building pad has been established and is ready for building construction, while gas lines and storm drainage pipes continue to be installed.
Furthermore, Jackson Builders, which is overseeing the construction of the new Alianza Team production facility, is collaborating with Norfolk Southern Railroad to position a rail spur line on the site.
Alianza Team is a leading organization in Latin America with over 75 years of experience. The company specializes in producing versatile vegetable fat blends utilized across various industries, including food, infant nutrition, pet food, and personal care. Its extensive operations encompass Colombia, Chile, and Mexico, with exports reaching the United States, Puerto Rico, Peru, Costa Rica, Panama, Curacao, Argentina, and Bolivia. Alianza Team plans to create 16 new jobs and invest $36.4 million in capital.
The ParkEast location will enable the Alianza Team to satisfy customer demand in the Northeastern US with a state-of-the-art food production facility.
