Everett's Lot Clearing & Grading Inc. is handling the clearing of the site and preparing the pad for this project. Jackson Builders is set to start construction on this facility soon.

Select Genetics is recognized for its premium turkey eggs and day-old poults, which are supplied to independent farmers and major brands such as Butterball. With its headquarters in Minnesota, the company's operations span nationwide, producing over 150 million turkey eggs annually. This expansion will consolidate its hatcheries into a new 100,000-square-foot climate-controlled facility and add new turkey farms in Goldsboro.
