The interior of the new office area is really taking shape. The sheetrock work has been completed, and paint is being applied. Specialty wiring and HVAC system installations are being finalized. All the aging side windows have been replaced with modern ones, and silver aluminum trim has been applied.
This renovation project aims to repurpose the former North Carolina Global TransPark terminal building. The renovated space will become 9,000 square feet of office space to prepare for future development. The initiative focuses on enhancing the facility's functionality and providing additional amenities, such as small business incubator areas, training spaces, and meeting facilities.
The project is nearing its completion date of May 2025, with Jackson Builders holding the lead on construction.
