Heritage Family Health and Wellness, a Family Practice Primary Care company in Snow Hill, NC, will receive a $50k grant from the state’s Building Reuse Program in the Rural Health Category. The grant will support relocation and expansion efforts and create an additional (5) five jobs for the primary care company. The Snow Hill practice will invest more than $900k over the following (3) three years into this project, bringing more comprehensive medical services to the area’s residents.
