After 20 years of dedicated service to the State of North Carolina, Craig Foucht, the Director of Business and Project Management at EDR, will officially retire at the end of December. Today, EDR and North Carolina Global TransPark staff and guests gathered to reflect on Craig’s accomplishments and celebrate his retirement.
Throughout his career, Craig has held various positions focused on higher education while employed at Wayne Community College and economic development while serving at the North Carolina Economic Development Region. His passion for public service and commitment to improving Eastern North Carolina are evident through these roles.
Furthermore, Craig will continue to serve as the president of the Wayne County Development Alliance, overseeing the activities of the county’s public/private nonprofit. He is also looking forward to engaging in new opportunities in the private sector.
